At what time of day will the jubilee start?

We will begin after lunch on Thursday. Probably around 2 or 3 PM.

At what time of day will the jubilee end?

Before lunch on Sunday.

What are the sleeping arrangements?

For the most part they consist of bunk beds. Most rooms have between three and eight beds.

Should I bring bedsheets?

Yes, you will need to bring bedsheets.

Is camping an option?

Yes, you may bring a tent for camping. It will not affect the attendance fee.

Are there showers?

Yes, there are two shower rooms with multiple showers in each room. There is also a sauna in each shower room.

What will happen during the jubilee?

A schedule will be released during November. The schedule will be updated from time to time up to the start of the jubilee.

There is talk of a masquerade ball, what’s that all about?

There will be a masquerade ball during the jubilee at which all participants are requested to wear a mask and Middle-earth themed attire. Preferably you will be able to say what or who in Middle-earth you are dressed up as.
